What data we collect

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company name, the service you're asking about, and your message, when you submit our contact form. This is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and sent to our email inbox.
• Basic technical logs — our hosting provider may automatically log things like IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes, in line with their own privacy policy.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, as described below.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries you send us, and to keep this website secure and running reliably.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Contact form data is processed with your consent, given when you submit the form. Technical logs are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Who we share it with

Web3Forms (delivers contact form submissions to us) and our website hosting provider. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and for our own business records, and delete them once they're no longer needed.

Cookies

This site currently stores one small entry in your browser (via local storage, not a tracking cookie) to remember whether you've accepted or declined our cookie banner, so we don't ask again. It contains no personal data and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any in the future, we'll update this section and ask for your consent before they're set.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@rekursionitsolutions.com.
